okay, so this is wad happens when you dun have a pro cam.

In the past, I dun really like japan.. Ever since I watched 和平的代价 or related kind of war shows, I have this negative feelings abt them. I think they were very cruel and I dun like it.
But now that I read those news articles of japan earthquake and tsunami, I do feel sad for them. It's indeed a crisis and also a lesson for everyone out there. Cherish life, cherish everything and everyone you have. You will never know if there's a tomorrow.
Let's just hope for better news and that tomorrow will be a better day. I have no grudges against them now.

i think i've started to develop feelings for 老歌..

i remember mediacorp used to have this drama featuring sharon aw and wong lilin, and they acted as singers/performers in the olden days in a restaurant/pub, singing many 老歌.. i think the songs are all very nice.
then, i started to get to know a few of teresa tseng's(deng li jun) songs and i think they are very nice too. dont you think so?? haha

now, radio isnt my life anymore. what's the latest hits, i totally have no idea abt it. my music world evolves around 8 years back, when i was a radio freak. but now, i only know songs from artistes that i truely support, and the old songs that grew up with me. and i'm digging for more old songs like sandy lam's.

and my daddy will play old cantonese songs almost every morning and i think they're quite nice too. for example, sam hui. u know whooooo?? haha, i bet not many of you know. this can further prove that i'm not young anymoreeee. hurhur.

well, some highlights abt my trip to taiwan and bangkok..
we went to the zoo, took the gondola(cable car), went to see shifen waterfall, light the tian deng, went to miaokou, took mirarma ferris wheel, visited a new night market that i haven been before(linjiang night market), ate the shida night market crepe(like finally!), ate meals onboard(unlike jetstar), ate my fav taiwan sausage almost everyday, ate prawn burger in macdonald's, went fengchia night market again etc etc.

pics are not in sequence! randomly picked a few..

the weather at taiwan was chilling and i love it. i dun mind going there in winter season again cos you can practically save a sum of money from shopping as the clothes juz dun suit the weather here in sg.
bangkok was a short and relaxing trip as we had been there juz months ago.
ah, i look forward for my next trip, which is 1.5 yrs later!! omg. saving that sum of money is tough when u have so many temptations ard you.. like HONGKONGGG. T.T

woke up early yesterday and went to the navy open house with family.
the journey to naval base was so longgggggggg.
and the weather was scorching hot!
walked walked walked, so damn tired.
and we queued for very long to get onto one of those navy ships, which have got nothing much to see also.
tsk tsk. totally unpleasant. hmph.

friday night was mlbians outing at the barnyard, cos liwhey gonna leave for HK.

went to PS with yumin in the late afternoon to get the things we want.
